Our policy states that we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to facilitate exchanges on items that are not custom-made. Each item is crafted by hand. Items are one of kind. Items may vary from the picture on the website. Please note that exchanges must be initiated within a two-week time frame, and buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
